Every baht, accounted for.

We publish this every year. What came in, what went out, what we spent it on, who we helped, and what we learned. Audited by a registered Thai CPA.

What we got wrong.

We're honest about our misses too. In 2025 we over-scheduled the first cohort of interns (too many new people, not enough orientation), which created real stress for our village coordinator. We've fixed onboarding for 2026 — smaller, staggered cohorts, a proper first-week guide, and a dedicated coordinator role we hired in January.
